    What We're Doing

At extendedReach, we're  working on the following items to get up-to-speed and ready for T3C:

    • Evaluating rate assignment methodologies
    • Reviewing Add-On Service Packages for clients and home licensing/matching
    • Considering sample outcomes reporting through our Analytics Tool
    • Gathering information on CANS 3.0 submissions
    • Anticipating more information on Texas Provider Gateway changes

    How You Can Prepare

As we await changes from the state, providers can also begin to make preparations for T3C. We recommend:

    • Applying for grant funding. Grants provide additional funding for technology, which you can use when partnering with eR!
    • Determining which Service Packages/Add-ons to provide & perform a gap analysis to determine needed to support service packages
    • Developing the Logic Model for each Service Package/Add-on & evaluating QI processes using the Logic Models
    • Determining needed outcome measures and how to collect them

    TACFS Members

If you are a TACFS member, take the readiness assessment to determine where you should focus your efforts in preparing for T3C implementation.
